Nothing has changed from our end, your order will be dispatch if order before 2PM (Weekdays). Please be patient with receiving your delivery and allow some extra time for it to arrive due to Covid-19.
No signature required. For International Deliveries (NZ and SG), there are delivery delays. However, we are dispatching items as quickly as possible. Delays are beyond our control and we are sorry to learn if your orders have been affected by this.

Orders are dispatched from Kilsyth, Yarra Ranges, Victoria Australia. When your order is dispatched you will receive an email advising your tracking number.IMPORTANT:
- You must provide a safe and secure address as the courier will safe drop your parcel if you are not at home.
- If you've entered a wrong address, please get in touch ASAP by contacting us - using our Contact Us Form. If it has not been shipped, we will gladly update your delivery address for you.
- Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by a refused shipment and unclaimed goods. Cost for re-delivery attempts due to incorrect details being provided at checkout will be passed on to the customer.
- Your order may be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees) on arrival. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees as they are decided on and charged by your country’s customs office.
- If you don’t want to pay the additional fees, your parcel will be returned to us. Once your parcel has been returned, we can refund your order minus the cost of shipping.
- While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by the carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
